Although located off the main road of Laughlin, this hotel was well worth the drive. It is a few miles off Needles Highway and sits right on the river. It's prime location there allows them to have boating rentals, a beach, and plenty of open space. The resort includes an RV Park, movie theater, and Kids Quest which is perfect for families. We were pleasantly surprised with everything about this resort.

Customer Service: The employees here were very nice and helpful. They were very down to earth and friendly. I cannot think of one problem we had while we were there. They left a message on our phone and offered us another night for an equally cheap price which we gladly took them up on.

Room Accommodations: Our room was standard. The bed was not bad, although not the most comfortable we've slept on. We were glad we brought our own pillows. There was a TV, but it was a bit older. We were happy that there was a lot of channels to choose from. The one thing we really enjoyed about the room was the excellent view of the river, beach, and pool area. It was absolutely beautiful and made it feel like a real vacation, "away from it all".

Amenities: They were wise in placing a Panda Express, Subway, and Sbarro in a hall leading to the casino from the hotel elevators, so any guests could eat in a more private section than just out in the casino where the gamblers are. Also, the hot tub down in the pool area had to be the largest we've ever seen. Very spacious and very nice. We also enjoyed the free Wifi in our room.
Price: We looked around for a good deal and found that our best option was over the phone directly through the hotel. For the price you pay, even though it's a fairly standard hotel and it is a little ways off the main Casino Dr. in Laughlin, it is well worth it. For the peace and quiet you get and for the resort feel, it's definitely worth the price.
